DJINN GROUP

Two separate companies, two separate roles

To keep legal roles, registration details, and services from mixing, the structure is split between two legal entities:

• DJINN GROUP — developer of the GruzExchange product, seller of the SaaS subscription, licenses, implementation, and technical support. Registration of intellectual-property rights to the product is being finalized; the official status will be confirmed separately.
• GX Group — a separate logistics operator, the first internal user of the platform, and the internal testing ground.

GruzExchange as a product does not provide freight-forwarding or transport services directly — those services are provided by GX Group as an independent operator using the platform.
