Pilot engagement

We validate the result in 30–45 days, on a bounded scope

A pilot is a controlled rollout of GruzExchange across part of your processes and sources, with client-team support and measurable KPIs.

Pilot format

What a pilot engagement includes

30–45 days

Enough to test the hypothesis on real cargo and transport without long-term commitments.

Bounded processes and sources

The pilot covers an agreed, bounded set of processes and data sources — without expanding to the company's full scope.

Client-team support

Throughout the pilot, the GruzExchange team supports the rollout and owns the setup tailored to your processes.

KPI measurement

Metrics for evaluating the pilot's result are fixed before launch.

KPIs typically fixed before the start (the specific set is agreed individually to fit the client's processes; the items below are examples of what gets measured, not results):
  • time from cargo/transport posting to the first relevant match;
  • share of cargo (or transport units) that received at least one relevant match within the agreed window;
  • share of incoming replies correctly structured without manual rework;
  • number of operations where a decision was confirmed by the operator without data loss.
Steps

How a pilot begins

1. Discovery and diagnostics

A short conversation about your current processes, volumes, and cargo/transport sources.

2. Agreeing the pilot scope

We define a bounded set of processes, sources, and KPIs to validate.

3. Launch and support

30–45 days of work with support from the GruzExchange team and regular result check-ins.

4. Results and a scale-up decision

Reviewing the pilot's metrics and a joint decision on further cooperation.
