This is a working draft, not a final, legally approved document. This version is for informational purposes at the MVP stage and requires review by the Founder and legal counsel before commercial use. A complete edition with registration details and detailed legal language will be published before the public launch of GruzExchange subscription sales.

1. What data we collect

On gruz.exchange we collect a minimal amount of data: an email address and the content of your message if you write to us directly (for example, via the "Request a demo" or "Discuss a pilot" button). The site does not use forms that store data on a server — inquiries are sent to ceo.djinn@gmail.com.

2. How we use data

The contact details you provide are used solely to respond to your inquiry: product demonstration, pilot discussion, business correspondence. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent.

3. Data when using the GruzExchange platform

For clients connected to the GruzExchange platform (including pilot engagements), the handling of operational and commercial data is governed by a separate agreement and the pilot's terms. A separate, detailed policy for platform users will be published once ready.

4. Cookies and analytics

The current version of the site does not use third-party analytics systems or cookies to track visitors.
