This is a working draft, not a final, legally approved document. This version is for informational purposes at the MVP stage and requires review by the Founder and legal counsel before commercial use. The full service agreement (SaaS subscription, pilot engagement, implementation) is executed separately when cooperation is agreed.

1. Site status

The gruz.exchange website is informational in nature and presents the GruzExchange product, developed by DJINN GROUP. The site is not a public offer and does not provide automatic access to the platform.

2. Use of site materials

The logo, text, and materials on this site are created and used by DJINN GROUP. Copying or using them without DJINN GROUP's agreement is not permitted.

3. Access to the platform and pilot engagements

Terms for accessing the GruzExchange platform, including pilot engagements, are defined by a separate agreement between DJINN GROUP and the client. The description on this site is for reference only and does not replace that agreement.

4. Limitation of liability

Information on this site is provided "as is." Features marked "in development" or "available by arrangement" are not guaranteed to be available at the time of inquiry.
